Terms of Use – Drunklog

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, if higher) to use Drunklog.
• By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• Drunklog is a social memory app. We do not encourage or condone excessive or underage drinking. Please drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account using your email, Google, or Apple ID.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

3. User Content

• You may upload photos, videos, and drink logs while using Drunklog.
• Uploaded media is stored permanently as part of shared “memories” with other session participants.
• You are fully liable for any content you upload that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates these Terms. By using the app, you agree not to post content that could reasonably be considered objectionable or harmful.
• SIGENTRA LTD does not assume responsibility for user-generated content and disclaims all liability arising from such content. We may remove or restrict access to content at our discretion if we believe it violates laws, rights, or these Terms. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action may be taken, including content removal, warnings, or account bans. Users may also block other accounts at any time, in which case content from blocked accounts will be hidden.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Drunklog offers subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Payments are handled by Apple/Google; we do not store your payment details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple/Google account settings.
• We do not provide refunds outside of those offered by Apple/Google.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse Drunklog or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to share.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Drunklog (including the software, design, and branding) are owned by SIGENTRA LTD. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Drunklog without our prior written permission.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drunklog is provided “as is.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIGENTRA LTD is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

9. App Functionality and Diagnostics

To maintain and improve the stability of Drunklog, we use third-party crash reporting services (such as Sentry). These services collect anonymous technical data about errors, including device information and the part of the app where the error occurred. This data is used solely to fix issues and improve performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Drunklog means you accept the updated Terms.
